Luiss Campus University in Rome – among the top 30 most sustainable universities in the world according to the Global University Greenmetric 2021
ROME, December 23, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Luiss continues to climb the famous ranking, which includes 956 universities worldwide and is among the 30 most sustainable universities.
The University reached the 22nd place worldwide, against 43rd in 2020, confirming itself as the second world university and the first in Italy, in the category “Energy and climate change”.
Through its four departments of economics and finance, business and management, law and political science, Luiss offers an innovative teaching approach that is increasingly recognized internationally.
This is also reflected in the QS World University Rankings, which ranked it among the Top 50 Universities for Politics and International Studies.
Its global reputation is also demonstrated in the impressive community of alumni who work across the world in different sectors, as well as its student body, which is made up of 85 nationalities.
The core faculty comes from fifteen different countries and is a dynamic mix of academic faculty and practitioners such as executives, diplomats, and public administration officials.
This physical uniqueness is interpreted virtually to offer a humanistic approach to the digital age of education. The University has launched a series of online programs with a new philosophy, described as “live”. Dean Prencipe says the programs are revolutionizing online learning, differentiating themselves from regular online courses. For example, the live experience will not be isolated but rather team-based and student-centered.
