Since joining Roma last year, Dzeko has scored 17 goals in 49 appearances for Roma.
Sanchez, meanwhile, originally joined Inter on loan from Manchester United in August 2019 before making the switch permanent a year later. He has scored 20 times in 109 games.
Inter are looking to re-sign Lukaku on loan just a year after selling him to Chelsea for £97.5million.
Alessandro Antonello, Inter’s chief executive, said Lukaku had a “great desire” to return to the club.

Lukaku is expected to leave Chelsea after talks with Thomas Tuchel and the club’s new owner, Todd Boehly.
A deal has yet to be agreed between Chelsea and Inter, with the Premier League club demanding a £20million loan fee, while they also want the majority if not all of his £300,000 weekly wages are paid.
Inter have made an initial offer of £7m as they seek a loan deal.
Inter also aim to sign Paulo Dybala on a free transfer when he leaves Juventus
Antonello said: “There is a great desire from the player to come back.
“The economic and financial feasibility must be verified and certain technical problems must be resolved. We will try to do it in time.
Lukaku played for Inter between 2019 and 2021, scoring 64 goals in 95 games.
Last season, Lukaku scored 15 goals in 44 appearances for Chelsea as he struggled for consistency despite an encouraging start to the campaign.
Dybala is set to leave Juventus on a free transfer with Inter in pole position to sign him. According to Tuttomercatoweb, most contract details have been finalized but the two clubs have yet to reach an agreement on bonus payments.
Inter striker Lautaro Martinez’s future is also in doubt, with Tottenham reportedly interested in signing him. However, Inter are keen to keep the 24-year-old.
